The Line Aqueduct is a very popular tourist destination and it hearkens back to the more industrial periods of Lancasters history. There is a large marina perfect for boating at nearby Glasson Basin and there is plenty to see and do after you drop anchor to explore the shoreline.
The canal itself will take you right through the city centre and past the majestic surroundings of the cathedral so you can explore the historic quarter of the city itself.
